Dermalux LED Light Therapy
dermalux led light therapy
Dermalux LED light therapy is a non-invasive skin treatment that uses different wavelengths of light to target various skin concerns. It has gained popularity in recent years due to its effectiveness and safety.
There are 3 wavelengths of light that have been clinically proven to be effective. Blue LED light penetrates superficially within the epidermis and is capable of destroying bacteria, reducing inflammation, and calming the skin. Red LED light penetrates deeper into the dermis where it has skin-rejuvenating properties by building collagen and elastin. Near-infrared LED targets even deeper increasing the energy output of skin cells promoting healing and even pain relief. The different wavelengths can be combined to have a cumulative effect.

benefits of LED light therapy
Reduces inflammation
Red and near-infrared wavelengths of LED light can penetrate deep into the skin and reduce inflammation. Consequently, this makes it an effective treatment for conditions like acne, rosacea, and psoriasis.
Promotes collagen production
Near Infrared LED light therapy can stimulate the production of collagen, which is essential for maintaining hydrated, youthful-looking skin. Initially, fine lines and wrinkles appear reduced. Consequently, the overall skin texture is improved.
Improves skin tone
LED light therapy can improve the overall tone of the skin. It can help reduce the appearance of dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and scarring.
Increases circulation
When used as an add-on after other treatments, it can increase blood flow to the skin, which can promote healing and rejuvenation.
Safe and painless
This is a non-invasive and painless treatment that can be used on all skin types. It doesn’t cause any damage to the skin and has no downtime, so you can resume your normal activities immediately after treatment.
Can be used in combination with other treatments
Dermalux LED light therapy can be used in combination with other skincare treatments like facials, peels, and microneedling to enhance their effectiveness.
